Join us on December 3, 2019, from 10:00-2:00 for the IWEA Annual Meeting and a special exercise that will focus on rebranding efforts for the association. This event is one that you don’t want to miss if you’re interested in helping shape the future of the association and the water sector in Indiana.
10:00-12:00 – Exercise on marketing and branding and diving deep into what makes IWEA who we are. This special facilitated discussion will allow attendees to participate in a conversation about the mission, vision and values of the association and talk through benefits of being a member, what being a water professional means, and what the future of the association should look like to ensure that the association’s offerings are in line with the needs of water quality professionals across the state.
12:00-1:00 – lunch and IWEA annual meeting. This is an opportunity to congratulate the newest members of the IWEA board as we elect those who will serve in officer positions for 2020. Don’t miss this opportunity to participate in choosing and celebrating the leaders who help keep the association moving forward at the board level
1:00-2:00 – update on a new, exciting initiative being developed by the workforce development committee as well as a time for open discussion on planning for 2020 and beyond. This segment of the event will give attendees the opportunity to share feedback on an exciting new program – the Water Leadership Development Institute – as well as help, discuss planning efforts for the association moving into the next upcoming years.
This annual meeting is open to ANY IWEA member and we encourage as many people to participate as possible. If you are any of the following, this meeting is a place you should be!
