Know Before You Go
On-Site Registration
Pre-registration has closed, but don’t fear! Registration will be available on-site starting:
- Monday at 1:00 PM
- Tuesday at 7:15 AM
- Wednesday at 7:15 AM
- Thursday at 7:30 AM
Stop by the registration desk and look for the ONSITE counter. Tickets for the Opening Reception will also be available on Monday when registration opens.
Looking for exclusive rates? Make sure you are an active member of IWEA. Members who join before Friday, August 9th will be eligible for member rates on-site. If you want to check your membership, please reach out to us at staff@indianawea.org.
Parking
Located in downtown Indianapolis, the Indiana Convention Center is surrounded by several parking garages and lots well within walking distance. Pricing is dynamic and there are limited spots. We recommend checking the link below for current pricing/availability.
While you can find close parking, plan to be there at least 30 minutes before the first session you are intending to attend.
Once You Arrive
The IWEA Annual Conference is located on the 1st Floor of the convention center in Exhibit Hall A and Rooms 123-128. Check out the map linked below to find your closest entrance and navigate through the convention center.
Attire is Business Casual.
