Refunds/Cancellations: Read Carefully!
Payment for booth(s) is due 90 days after pre-registering or it may be released. After completing the registration and securing a Booth or Sponsorship slot, the company shall not be eligible for a refund for any reason. By completing the registration, companies agree to pay IWEA in full. Once the payment is made and the registration process is complete, the company’s participation is considered confirmed, and no refund requests will be entertained.
- Booth Location Changes: Exhibitors who have successfully registered for the event will be assigned booth locations based on availability and other organizational considerations. Any requests for booth location changes must be submitted in writing to staff@indianawea.org and must reference an unsold booth location to switch to.
- Force Majeure: In the event that the Annual Conference cannot take place as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or any other force majeure events, the Indiana Water Environment Association reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. In such cases, exhibitors and sponsors will be duly notified, and a refund or alternative options may be provided at the discretion of the Indiana Water Environment Association.
- Non-transferable: Booth assignments and sponsorships are non-transferable. The company that has registered as an exhibitor or sponsor for the conference cannot transfer, sell, or sublet the booth or sponsorship to any other party without written consent from the Indiana Water Environment Association.
- Incidental Expenses: The Indiana Water Environment Association shall not be responsible for any incidental expenses incurred by the exhibitor or sponsor, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any other expenses related to participating in the conference.
By completing the registration process, the Company acknowledges and agrees to abide by this refund policy and the terms and conditions set forth by the Indiana Water Environment Association for the Annual Conference.
