CEUs & PDHs
This year, IWEA will be utilizing scanning for the IWEA Annual Conference. Moderators will be stationed at each breakout session to scan each person’s name badge. Each person interested in obtaining CEUs must fill out and return a copy of their Drinking Water or Wastewater form (provided at the registration desk) before departing. If you are an engineer and obtaining PDHs, IWEA will provide a e-certificate.
Following the conference, IWEA staff will provide all participating individuals the opportunity to view the number of credits they have received.

5:00 – 7:00 PM | Exhibitor Meet and Greet
Specially designed for early attendees and vendors to mix and mingle with each other after early registration or setting up their exhibit, this event will feature local comedian Jeremy Nunes, hors d’oeuvres & networking. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Tickets are $25 per person.
Wednesday, August 23rd
5:00 – 6:00 PM | Vendor Meet & Greet
Hosted at the IWEA Annual Conference in the Exhibit Hall, we invite you to join our vendors for a couple beverages and light appetizers from 5:00-6:00 PM. This is a great way to catch up with vendors you were unable to chat with in-between sessions.
This event is available to all attendees, pre-registration is strongly encouraged but not required.
6:00 – 7:00 PM | Young Professionals Reception
Join us at the Indiana Water Environment Association’s Young Professional Reception, an engaging networking event tailored for emerging talents in the water and environmental sector. Connect with like-minded peers, industry experts, and mentors while enjoying a vibrant atmosphere and insightful discussions on cutting-edge advancements in water management and sustainability practices. Elevate your career and forge meaningful connections at this dynamic gathering on the forefront of Indiana’s water industry. Please note the YP Reception is reserved for individuals 35 years old and younger.

7:30 – 10:00 PM | Wessler Party
Join Wessler Engineering for a party with food, drinks, and live music performed by Futilities International Submarine Band. This event will be held at Promenade Park with trolleys running from the Hilton, Courtyard by Marriott and Hampton Inn from 7:00 – 11:00 PM.
This event is open to all IWEA Annual Conference attendees.
Thursday, August 24th
5:00 – 6:30 PM | Committee Reception
Taking place during the IWEA Annual Conference, we invite existing and prospective members of IWEA Committees to engage in networking with fellow committees, explore new prospects, and partake in trivia sessions. Embracing a superhero motif, this edition of the event welcomes you to don the attire of your cherished superhero persona.
