On-Site Registration
Pre-registration has closed, but don’t fear! Registration will be available on-site starting:
- Tuesday at 1:00 PM (exclusively for exhibitors & Opening Reception attendees)
- Wednesday at 7:00 AM
- Thursday at 7:00 AM
- Friday at 7:30 AM
Stop by the registration desk and look for the ONSITE counter. Tickets for the Opening Reception at Ralston’s on Mass Ave will also be available on Tuesday when registration opens.
Parking
Located in downtown Indianapolis, the Indiana Convention Center is surrounded by several parking garages and lots well within walking distance. Pricing is dynamic and there are limited spots. We recommend checking the link below for current pricing/availability.
While you can find close parking, plan to be there at least 30 minutes before the first session you are intending to attend.
Once You Arrive
The IWEA Annual Conference is located on the 1st Floor of the convention center in Exhibit Hall B and Rooms 123-128. Check out the map linked below to find your closest entrance and navigate through the convention center.
Attire is Business Casual.
