- All references of “he or she” will be updated to “person” or “persons” to make the language more current.
- IWEA will establish an ethics committee to evaluate individual cases when a member violates the Code of Conduct.
- All IWEA committee members must be an IWEA member in good standing.
- Electronic voting will be established as a valid alternative to in-person ballots.
