2026 Booth Layout

Floor plan map of event venue: left column shows Women’s Restrooms and Men’s Restrooms with a vertical divider; central area contains numbered seating blocks (100–118, 200–230, 231–279, etc.) and truck spots (310, 322, 410, etc.); right side has a large Lounge and Nourish Zone banner, plus a 119 Truck Spot 5 box.

All booths are currently SOLD OUT. Exhibitor registration for 2027 will open up to 2026 exhibitors at the IWEA Annual Conference. See your booth packet for more information. General exhibitor registration for 2027 will open within a few weeks after the 2026 event.

Each Booth Includes

  • 10’x10′ Booth space with Pipe & Drape
    • Truck Spots are 15’x20′
  • 6-foot table and 2 chairs
  • (2) full-conference registration passes for your company reps.
  • If you need extra furniture, any electricity at all, shipping of your booth, or other equipment, you will need to order this through the expo provider using the exhibitor kit. (Exhibitor kits will be sent out a few months prior to conference date.)

Exhibit Hall Schedule (Subject to Change)

  • Tuesday, August 25th: Set up from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.
  • Wednesday, August 26th: Exhibits open from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
    • If you did not set up on Tuesday, you may arrive as early as 7:00 AM.
  • Thursday, August 27th: Teardown begins at 4:00 PM.

Admin contacts were sent instructions on how to register your individual attendees. Please reach out to staff@indianawea.org with any questions or if you did not receive instructions.

Refunds/Cancellations: Read Carefully!

Payment for booth(s) is due 90 days after pre-registering or it may be released. After completing the registration and securing a Booth or Sponsorship slot, the company shall not be eligible for a refund for any reason. By completing the registration, companies agree to pay IWEA in full. Once the payment is made and the registration process is complete, the company’s participation is considered confirmed, and no refund requests will be entertained.

  •  Booth Location Changes: Exhibitors who have successfully registered for the event will be assigned booth locations based on availability and other organizational considerations. Any requests for booth location changes must be submitted in writing to staff@indianawea.org and must reference an unsold booth location to switch to.
  •  Force Majeure: In the event that the Annual Conference cannot take place as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, pandemics, or any other force majeure events, the Indiana Water Environment Association reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. In such cases, exhibitors and sponsors will be duly notified, and a refund or alternative options may be provided at the discretion of the Indiana Water Environment Association.
  • Non-transferable: Booth assignments and sponsorships are non-transferable. The company that has registered as an exhibitor or sponsor for the conference cannot transfer, sell, or sublet the booth or sponsorship to any other party without written consent from the Indiana Water Environment Association.
  • Incidental Expenses: The Indiana Water Environment Association shall not be responsible for any incidental expenses incurred by the exhibitor or sponsor, including but not limited to travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any other expenses related to participating in the conference.

By completing the registration process, the Company acknowledges and agrees to abide by this refund policy and the terms and conditions set forth by the Indiana Water Environment Association for the Annual Conference.
