Laboratory Analyst Exam Portal

Thank you for your interest in the Voluntary Wastewater Laboratory Analyst Certification Exam. Below is important information about the program as well as an application. Once your application is submitted, you will receive an automatic email response indicating the application has been received. You will receive a confirmation email no later than one to two weeks before your exam date with important information for the day of your exam. 

Information Needed to Complete the Application:

  • Completed Application Form (below)
  • Verification of your post-high school education/certifications
  • $70 non-refundable deposit for class I and II or $80.00 non-refundable deposit for class III & IV
  • Supervisor’s verification (This will be sent directly to your supervisor’s email upon completion of your application)
