IWEA WASTEWATER CHALLENGE
The Wastewater Challenge is a day of hands-on events designed to test and stretch your how-to knowledge of wastewater. It takes a team to rise to the challenges created by the Laboratory, Operations & Maintenance, Residuals & Resource Recovery, Collection Systems, Pretreatment, and Safety committees. Competitive Teams rely on their wits, experience, and diverse members for the high score that will take them to WEFTEC to represent Indiana.

WEFTEC
New Orleans | October 5th – 9th
Our first and second place winners will be headed north to New Orleans to represent Indiana at WEFTEC’s Operations Challenge. WEFTEC is the largest national conference that offers water quality professionals from all over the country to share their educational journey through extensive challenges. In addition, the exhibitor show floor provides unparalleled access to innovative technologies and opportunity to connect with industry professionals from other states to create a better network for IWEA.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorships are a great way to cheer our teams on. There are several different ways to support:
- IWEA Annual Sponsorship – a portion of your annual sponsorship go to support our May event. Annual sponsors are recognized in the opening and closing remarks and on signage in the main space.
- Operators Challenge Focus Sponsorship – One hundred percent of your sponsorship goes toward the expenses of running the Operator’s Challenge, keeping costs down for teams. Focus sponsors are recognized in the opening and closing remarks and on signage in the main space.
- WEFTEC Focus Sponsorship – One hundred percent of your sponsorship goes to defray the costs of our teams’ participation at WEFTEC.
